The Agriculture and Water Committee held its regular meeting, chaired by Eng. Mohammed Al-Ramadhan, during which it discussed the key issues and challenges facing the agricultural sector. The meeting also reviewed the Committee’s strategic plan for the current cycle, in addition to the Committee’s 2025 activity report.
The meeting addressed a number of topics, including exploring the possibility of organizing a Smart Agriculture Forum, reviewing the Committee’s 2025 activity report, and discussing the Committee’s strategy for the nineteenth cycle. The meeting concluded with several recommendations, أبرزها approving the organization of a specialized forum on modern agricultural technologies, endorsing the Committee’s 2025 activity report, and preparing a study on the role of the agricultural sector in enhancing food security and the impact of financial charges on it.
