Riyadh Chamber signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Center for Legal Studies and Research at the Experts Authority of the Council of Ministers, aiming to strengthen joint cooperation between the two sides, enrich and develop the legal environment in the Kingdom, and pursue joint efforts that contribute to enhancing research and consultancy mechanisms and exchanging expertise, in line with shared visions in the legal and legislative fields.
The memorandum was signed by Eng. Mushari bin Saud Al Abdulaziz, Director General of the Center for Legal Studies and Research, and Mr. Nasser bin Othman Abu Humaid, Secretary General of Riyadh Chamber.
The memorandum includes several key provisions, most notably the exchange of expertise in training and qualifying professionals working in legislative affairs, sharing relevant research, studies, books, and publications related to legislative work, as well as organizing official visits between delegations and specialized experts across various legal fields.
It also covers the implementation of training programs and work meetings, the organization of legal seminars and conferences, and cooperation in transferring expertise related to electronic systems associated with drafting and formulating legislation.
