The workshop titled "Ways to Empower Technical Talent," organized by the Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Communications and Information Technology Committee, in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, discussed the challenges and opportunities associated with developing national technical talent. It also reviewed future trends in the technology labor market and initiatives supporting employment and localization in the sector.
