Real-Estate Committee of Riyadh Chamber Holds the First Meeting of its New Session

​The Real-Estate Committee in Riyadh Chamber held its first meeting  of  the 17th session in the Chamber's Board of Directors, chaired by the Board Member & the Head of Real Estate Mr. Ayedh bin Abdullah AL-Wabri in the presence of Vice-Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Mohammed bin Saad Al-Ajlan. In the beginning of the meeting, Chairman of the Committee welcomed the members  , thanked them for  joining the committee  and appreciated the efforts made by the  former  committee and its members. The committee discussed its agenda & approved the formation of five subcommittees and the selection of their chairmen and vice-chairmen. The subcommittees are :  Services and Marketing Committee, headed by Dr. Mohamed Al-Awadh, and his deputy Khaled Almubiadh, Housing and Urban Development Committee, headed by Chairman of the Main Committee and Vice-Chairman Eng. Iyad Albunayyan, Finance ,Valuation and Investment Committee, headed by Khaled Al-Jasser and his deputy Abdulelah Al-Sheikh,  Facilities  and Properties Committee, headed by Ibrahim Al-Darwish and his deputy Abdulrahman Bajnaid, Committee of Following  up with  Decisions and Regulations in Real-estate. The committee members include some investors and those who are  interested in the real estate sector. They are: Ibrahim bin Abdulkarim Aldarwish, Eng. Iyad bin Abdulrahman Albunayyan, Dr. Badr bin Ibrahim bin Saidan, Khalid bin Rashid Aljedou, Khalid Bin Shaker Almubiadh, Khalid bin Abdullah Alsharqi, Khalid bin Abdulkarim Aljasser, Khalid bin Mohammed Alanzi, Riyad bin Suleiman Alkharashi, Saad bin Abdulaziz Alajlan, Salamah Bin Melhi Bin Saidan, Sultan Bin Zekri Alzakari, Abdulelah bin Saleh Alsheikh, Abdulrahman bin Abdulqadir Bajnaid, Abdulrahman bin Adnan Almhaideb, Abdullah bin Fahd Alajlan, Ali bin Fauzan Alfawzan, Fahd bin Abdulaziz Alajlan, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Alawadh, Moteb bin Abdullah Alqahtani, Mohammed bin Ibrahim bin Zarah, Majid bin Mohammed Alshalhoub, Majid bin Mohammed Althbayti
