An agreement that allows Human Rights to persue labor issues transferred from the Chamber of Commerce

​​​The National Society for Human Rights, represtented by the recruitment commitee and the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry have together signed a memorandum of understanding, which says to inform the Human Rights Society of all cases that prove to have wrongdoings from any recruiting stakeholder.

The memorandum, which was signed by both, the president of Human Rights, and the Secretary-General of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Mifleh Al-Qahtani and Husain Al-Athl respectively, states that the Society will persue labor issues that are received from the Chamber of Commerce and to and take whatever action it deems necessary with regards to them and investigate the formal proof in case the sponsers violate the contracts of the workers, using its connections with specialized authorities. And to work for the purpose of preserving the rights of both parties, as well as coordinate with foreign embassies whose nationals seek, in order to preserve the rights of the employer.
