Mr. Lahem Ibn Hamad Al Nasser, advisor to the Islamic Group, called in his lecture that he delivered at the RCCI and organized by the RCCI Securities Committee under the title "Islamic Banking: Opportunities and Challenges" for the need to support Islamic finance industry and to take measures to overcome the challenges faced by this sector. The most notable of these challenges are the lack of qualified personnel and of the appropriate educational authority that offers full knowledge to staffs of Islamic banks and the absence of reliable research center. ​
