Demands to Change Business Judicial Provisions & Tighten Checking Procedures

​Participants in the Riyadh Economic Forum demanded to change some of the provisions contained in the trade rules and regulations currently in place. They emphasized that these provisions no longer keep pace with contemporary economic and legal developments. They stressed on the requirements of amending business provisions since they, for instance, don't include all newly-emerged and developed businesses. They also emphasized the importance of commercial books in terms of its role in evidence and in particular with regard to authenticity.
