Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee and in cooperation with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem), organizes a workshop titled (How the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers Effects the Real Estate Sector), on Tuesday 29/06/1435 AH, corresponded to 29/04/2014, in the chamber's headquarter. The accredited valuers' system and its executive rule will be explained with the participation of a number of officials from Taqeem, headed by Essam bin Hamad Al-Mubarak, the Secretary-General of Taqeem, and a number of officials from the Real Estate Committee and its Sub-Committees.
Hamad Al-Shuwayer, a board member of the Chamber and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, pointed out that the workshop comes within the efforts of the Real Estate Committee to shed light on Taqeem's role concerning the issuance of real estate mortgage systems and their impact on the the finance sector, in general, and the real estate finance, in particular. These systems are expected to have a great impact on the real estate market in KSA, whereas Taqeem is anticipated to introduce a qualitative shift in the real estate market, to activate and develop the finance activity and to protect the rights of all funding institutions and agencies working in the real estate market. He declared that the workshop includes Taqeem's goals and mechanism of actions in the real estate sector and how it provides its service to the beneficiaries. Mr. Hamad Al-Shuwayer and Dr. Abdulwahab Abodahish, member of the Real Estate Committee and Chairman of the Sub-Committee for Real Estate Finance and Valuation, will participate in the workshop, in addition to a number of interested parts and investors in the real estate sector.
