HRH Prince Salman Ibn Abdul Aziz, governor of Riyadh, patronizes the RCCI celebrations on its 50th anniversary of foundation on Sunday, 12/4/1431H. This event comes after a historic period of time during which the RCCI played a distinctive national role in serving and supporting the national economy, reinforced the solid base on which the business sector in Riyadh area performed its duties in implementing the comprehensive economic development plans and programs, and cooperated constructively with government agencies and authorities to create a fertile environment for the private sector to participate effectively in the process of economic development. Mr. Abdul Rahman Ibn Ali Al Jeraisy, RCCI Chairman, said that the RCCI values highly with all loyalty and pride HRHs generous bestowals, unlimited support and consistent encouragement for the RCCI since its inception. Even the RCCI foundation has been undertaken with HRHs encouragement and stimulation, which gave the RCCI a strong impetus to its efforts and activities, and enabled it to deliver its services to the private sector and represent it in an efficient way, so its membership expanded to include more than sixty-seven thousand subscribers.
