​RCCI Securities Committee hosts on Sunday 1 November 2009 a lecture entitled "Islamic Banking: Opportunities and Challenges" at the RCCI main building after Al Maghreb (evening) prayers. Mr. Khalid Al Mukairen, member of the RCCI Board of directors and Chairman of the Securities Committee said that holding this lecture coincides with rapid developments in the Saudi stock market and growing interest therein by different groups of citizens. The RCCI Securities Committee decided to hold regular meetings in collaboration with selected financial consultants to support small-scale dealers in extrapolating these developments and make them aware of viable mechanisms for Responsible Investment in this market.
